PLACING AN ORDER
Browse through the site until you find an item. Select the size from the menu, then click “add to cart”.
Do this for each item you would like to buy. Once you’ve added all the items, click “My Cart” to review the shopping cart.
The checkout process consists of 4 steps: billing address (and/or shipping address), shipping method, payment with Paypal or Credit Card (Stripe) and confirmation. We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm.
PAYMENT
Purchases by credit card can also be made easily and safely through PayPal or Stripe.
If you are paying in a currency other than USD, you can check the final price in your local currency on the PayPal checkout page.
Purchases can be made by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
SHIPPING METHOD
We do ship worldwide, if your country is not listed during the checkout process, feel free to contact us because we can ship in every country in the world.
All the orders are shipped from Japan by EMS or REGISTERED AIR small Packet (Japan Post Service) – a top speed international mail service for sending up to 30 kg of documents and other goods simply and conveniently to over 120 countries and territories worldwide – these services includes insurance for your products and tracking system.
Currently all the orders are shipped by FedEx because of coronavirus (2020 June).
Once we have shipped your order we will send you the tracking number.

SHIPPING FEE
*Free shipping worldwide on order over $400.
*Orders under $400 will be charged a flat rate of $25.
You shouldn’t have to buy the farm to get a deal on shipping. So if your order is less than $400 we only charge $25 flat rate for your order.
Shipping fee was increased from 2020 June, because of the coronavirus. Thank you for your understanding.
CUSTOMS FEES
Import duties and taxes fees are not included in the product price and shipping cost. These charges are responsibility of the clients. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if you will get charged an import fee and how much it will be.
COUNTRY SPECIFIC INFORMATION:

RETURN POLICY
We will accept the return or exchange of the product in which any defect (i.e. any malfunction or damage, etc. which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment) is found upon request from you as long as such product is returned to us (at our cost) within 7 days from the date of its arrival to you.
In case of return of any product due to any reason attributable to you, return of such product is accepted only if such product is unused and is returned (at your cost) within 7 days from the date of its arrival to you. The Website will not accept the exchange of any product due to any reason attributable to you.
In case of return of any product, the amount which you paid to us will be refunded to you via PayPal or Credit Card (Stripe) (provided that the amount of shipping fee will be deducted in case the product is returned for any reason attributable to you), but no interest will accrue with respect to the amount to be refunded by us.
Please promptly check the product(s) upon its arrival since we do not accept any return or exchange of product after the expiration of return period.
